Meet your Kick Fit Instructor
Hamish Barton, a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo with Red Dragon leads our Kick Fit program. Hamish is experienced in competing at an elite level in Taekwondo and now also practices BJJ, Judo and Kickboxing and competes as an amateur MMA fighter. His passion for martial arts and fitness shines through in his instruction, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
