Palgue 7 Part 1
Brown Belt Form Instructional Video Part 1

Here Master Jasmin will go through Steps 1-4 for the Brown Belt Form. She will explain the way to do the stance and set up for hand movements. Blocks include:

  • Low double forearm block (defence against tackle)

  • Snap Kick with Inner Double Forearm Block

  • Snap Kick with High X-Fist Block

  • Side Kick with Double Knife

Be sure to practice and learn these 4 steps first, before moving on to Part 2.

Brown Belt Form Instructional Video Part 3

Here Master Jasmin will go through Steps 17-20 for the Brown Belt Form. She will explain the way to do the stance and set up for hand movements. Blocks include:

  • Forward Stance Low then High X-Fist Block

  • Spinning and movement round attackers whist, trap then punch

  • Crescent Kick with horse riding stance and low block

Be sure to practice and learn these 4 steps first, before moving on to Part 4.

Brown Belt Form Instructional Video Part 2

Here Master Jasmin will go through Steps 5-16 for the Brown Belt Form. She will explain the way to do the stance and set up for hand movements. Blocks include:

  • Back Stance Middle Block

  • Forward Stance Face Punch and High Block

  • Setup for Side Kick

  • Side Kick, set up for back stance with low double Knife, then forward stance reverse punch

Be sure to practice and learn these 9 steps first, before moving on to Part 3.

Brown Belt Form or Instructional Video Part 4

Here Master Jasmin will go through Steps 20-25 for the High Yellow Belt Form. She will explain the way to do the stance and set up for hand movements. Blocks include:

  • Forward Stance, Side Knifehand Strike

  • Crescent Kick and Elbow in Horse Riding Stance

  • Back Stance, Back fist with Low Block

  • Back stance double Knife, then Forward Stance Reverse Punch ad Keah
